OVERVIEW

Chuyên Trà is a cultural program designed to introduce traditional Vietnamese tea culture through an immersive and educational experience.

Guests will explore Vietnamese tea through history, sensory experience, and direct participation.

TEA CEREMONY & MOONCAKE GATHERING

• Guided Tea Presentation

Participants will be introduced to the major tea categories including green tea, black tea, oolong, and scented tea. The workshop explains how tea is processed, how flavors develop, and how to identify different tea characteristics.

• Chuyên Trà Brewing Practice

Guests will sit at traditional tea stations and experience the practice of Chuyên Trà. Each tea stations serves up to 3 participants, with 12 tea booths arranged on mats. Guests will learn how to identify differences in aroma, oxidation level, body, and aftertaste while tasting teas from different regions and processing styles.

• Mooncake Tasting & Gathering

Mooncakes will be provided for guests to explore different flavors, while practicing the basics of a Vietnamese tea ceremony.
